Youth in foster care transition out of the system and are susceptible to numerous issues that lead to homelessness. Los Angeles has a history with a large number of both homeless individuals and vehicular travel. Transitioning Out Onto the Streets is an efficient, sustainable, and functional medium that tackles these two issues to provide youth a home on wheels that is capable of utilizing the thousands of freeways and local streets.
